How a color match actually works
Send a coated part, a paint chip, or a RAL number. A part is best: we can read what you have rather than what the chart says it should be.
We spray a test panel, read it on a spectrophotometer against your sample, and post the panel to you before a single one of your parts goes on a rack. If the match is not right, that costs you a few days and nothing else. If it is right, the formula goes on file under your name and the next batch matches the first one, which is the part people care about eighteen months later.
Stocked colors add nothing to the lead time. A custom match adds three to five days the first time only.
Have a color you need matched?
Post us the part. We will send back a sprayed panel and the reading, and no invoice for either.
